• Inactive accounts will be deleted after 3 months. An inactive account is an account that has not logged in or placed an order. Any previous orders will be converted to guest orders.
• Pending, incomplete or cancelled orders will be deleted after 7 days. This includes all unpaid orders cancelled by the customer or by us.
• Completed order data will be retained for administrative purposes for 12 months.
13. If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
